Mentorship

YWCA Rwanda promotes mentorship to provide psychosocial support to adolescent girls and therefore enables them to manage their own learning in order to maximize their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be in the future. Mentorship is especially used to meet the academic, emotional and social needs of adolescent schoolgirls through school-based Clubs mentoring sessions and via one-to-one mentoring sessions.
